Attention realtors and potential buyers...

Please note that per our deeds and by-laws, short term rentals are not permitted in Wildwood Shores.
We have and will continue to pursue legal action against any homeowners who violate our bylaws.


Sec. 1 – Restrictions.

(A) One (1) renting of any dwelling or other property in Wildwood Shores by any member, regardless of duration, during any one (1) calendar year, shall be countenanced by the Board of Governors as outside the scope of a “business” disallowed by Par. 15 of the Deed covenants of this Association.
